Create A Custom REO Search

If you would like to create a custom search for REO properties only, please follow the directions below.

  1. Click on Search the Entire MLS.
  2. Choose your area of Interest, Price Range, Bed/Bath Count, etc.
  3. Be sure to check the box next to REO Description or Short Sale under special conditions.
  4. To add more options to your search, click the box next to Advanced Options.
  5. If you would like to save your search and/or be notified of new properties as they come to market, click "Save Search" and select the frequency you want to receive the alerts.
  6. You can modify or deactivate the search at any time.
  7. Click here to create your custom REO Search and have the listings emailed to you.
